'Disney Run 2026' to Be Held in Incheon on Oct. 24

“Disney Run” is back.

A Walt Disney Company Korea, also known as Disney Korea, said Friday it will host “Disney Run 2026 (Disney Run 2026)”—a Disney-themed running event that people of all ages can enjoy together—on Oct. 24 at the Imagination Platform area in Jung District, Incheon. Now in its second year, the event will deliver a fresh experience under the theme “Together, Enjoyably, Disney Run!” that lets participants directly experience Disney brands and stories. Entry registration for the event, organized by Disney Korea and Sports Seoul and sponsored by the Incheon Tourism Organization, will run from Aug. 31 for the first 15,000 people on a first-come, first-served basis.

The main events come in two options: a 5km course with a Winnie the Pooh theme designed for families to enjoy together, and a 10km course with a “Mickey and Friends” theme for participants who want to savor the run itself. The participant package includes a variety of Disney-themed products, including a limited-edition T-shirt provided by Uniqlo, the official apparel sponsor. Among the designs that use a range of Disney characters, one is randomly provided. The 5km course ticket will be sold for 65,000 won, and the 10km course ticket for 80,000 won.

In particular, this year marks the first time the event will run a pre-participation program, “Disney Virtual Run (Disney Virtual Run),” ahead of the main events to build excitement further. The virtual run, held three times in total from June through August, works by letting participants choose their preferred course freely and run on their own for at least 5km regardless of time or location, then verifying completion through the app. Starting with a “Toy Story” themed package on June 11, “Moana” themed packages will be sold in July, and “Zootopia” themed packages will be sold in August in sequence on a limited-time basis. Runners who complete the course will receive medals designed with artwork from each work and limited-edition goodies. Detailed information is available on the official website and on Instagram.
