〈Detective Conan: The Traitor Angel〉, which set a series-high opening score, has been confirmed for release in South Korea.
Theatrical anime 〈Detective Conan: The Traitor Angel〉 has confirmed its release in South Korea this summer and unveiled a teaser poster. The new theatrical entry 〈Detective Conan: The Traitor Angel〉, titled 〈Detective Conan〉 for the series, depicts Conan racing to protect the people dear to him, alongside Lucifer, a mysterious black motorcycle that threatens the city, and Chiaya Hayawara, the commander of the Air Transport Unit who chases him.
The teaser poster, which includes original art illustrations by Gosho Aoyama, raises questions among viewers about the key protagonists of this theatrical release, including Hayawara Chiaya of the Traffic Mobilization Unit under Kanagawa Prefecture’s Transportation Bureau, as well as Hayawara Kenji, who was originally in charge of explosive ordnance disposal but sadly died in service, and his police peer, Jinpei Matsuda. In particular, observers are hoping that this theatrical film—after posting the series’ highest opening score following its April release in Japan—may once again rewrite the box-office record for the 〈Detective Conan〉 theatrical lineup in South Korea.
〈Detective Conan: The Traitor Angel〉 will open in theaters across South Korea this summer.
