A return after 15 months of silence, with musical ambition captured in two contrasting tracks

Singer 'Kim Jae-joong' made his return to the music scene after 15 months on May 20, releasing his new single 'The Wave' (THE WAVE).

According to his agency, 'iNKODE Entertainment', the single pairs the title track 'Tonight', which expresses his unrestrained ambitions for the world, with the B-side 'Majung-gil', known for its lyrical sensitivity, showcasing two contrasting musical charms.

The title track 'Tonight' reflects 'Kim Jae-joong's' firm resolve to venture into a wider world alongside his fans. His signature explosive vocals blend perfectly with the song's dynamic message, intensifying its immersive quality and powerfully capturing listeners' ears.

The B-side 'Majung-gil', by contrast, takes a different path with its deep analog sensibility and flowing melodic lines. The song was produced by 'Green Bottle Headquarters', a songwriting team led by rising singer-songwriter 'Lee Mu-jin', further raising the album's musical polish and expanding its range.

Meanwhile, 'Kim Jae-joong' will hold his solo concert 'The Wave' at 'KBS Arena' in Seoul's Gangseo District on May 29 and 30. In addition to premiering performances of his new songs, he is expected to engage closely with fans and showcase the full force of his singular live performance.
