Lee Joon Takes on His First Short Drama as Lezhin Snack Unveils Star-Studded November Lineup

Lezhin Snack has unveiled a star-studded lineup of titles for November.

The short-drama platform Lezhin Snack has announced its lineup of titles set to premiere in November 2026. The slate includes dramas based on webtoons and web novels, as in the past, as well as a series marking actor Lee Joon’s first foray into short dramas, raising expectations.

〈Medical Rebirth〉, based on the webtoon of the same name by writer Yu-in, follows a genius surgeon who had been chasing success above all else. After returning to his residency days 10 years earlier, he struggles to change his fate. Director Kim Ji-hye and actor Kim Wook, who worked together on 〈Delicious〉, are reuniting to tell the story of a brilliant doctor given a second chance at life. The series premieres November 5. The following week, on November 12, comes 〈You’re Pouring Down: No Dating Zone〉, a youth romance about a boy’s precarious first love. Set in an era when vaccines that suppress teenage romance have become commonplace, the story follows boy Lee Do as he discovers love while watching transfer student Bo Ram-chan. Park Tae-rin of 〈Die or Punch: After-School Revenge〉 and Jo Yu-jeong of 〈Even If This Love Disappears from the World Tonight〉 star together.

〈The Serial Killer’s Prey〉, adapted from writer Kwon Gol-su’s webtoon 'After School,' is an action-thriller short drama about a boy who loses his friends, becomes the killer’s next target and fights back himself. Director Kim Seok, who helmed the film 〈Informant〉, will direct the series, which stars Lim Ji-seop, Cha Jae-hoon, Choi Min-soo and Jeon Yu-ho. It will deliver intense suspense through a reversal of roles: an ordinary high school student, once hunted by a serial killer, begins hunting the culprit instead. The series premieres November 19. 〈The Taxman’s Brat: Tax Hunter〉, Lee Joon’s first short drama, is adapted from a web novel by writer Dongmyeon Turtle. Lee will bring added charisma to the story of National Tax Service investigator Shin Jae-hyun, who has the special ability to see how much tax another person has evaded. The series premieres November 26, rounding out Lezhin Snack’s November lineup.
