Lee Soo-hyuk and Lee Da-hee, Wave Original Drama to be Released on July 11!

The Wave original drama <S-Line> will be released on July 11. <S-Line> is a fantasy thriller drama that reveals hidden truths and forbidden desires as the red line, known as the S-Line, begins to appear between people who have sexual relationships. A special girl, Hyun-heup (Arin), who has been able to see the S-Line since birth, witnesses a murder case entangled with the S-Line. Detective Ji-wook (Lee Soo-hyuk), who is investigating the case, feels suspicious of Hyun-heup, the only witness. After the murder case occurs, she receives a mysterious text calling her to school. This incident prompts Hyun-heup to decide to go out into the world and return to school. She begins to feel strangely concerned about her homeroom teacher, Gyu-jin (Lee Da-hee), who cannot see the S-Line. Meanwhile, Sun-ah (Lee Eun-saem), a classmate of Hyun-heup who has been severely bullied by school bullies and is Ji-wook's niece, starts to see a world covered in red S-Lines when she accidentally puts on glasses left in her locker. Just who is connected to the S-Line and how?

This work expands the universe of the webtoon of the same name by popular webtoon artist Kkomabi, the original creator of <Murderer o Nonsense>, and has been officially invited to the long feature competition section of the 8th Cannes International Series Festival, achieving the first music award in Korea, thus recognizing its artistic value. The uniquely present actor Lee Soo-hyuk plays the role of detective 'Ji-wook' who tracks the truth of the 'S-Line', while the high school teacher 'Gyu-jin', who hides a strange atmosphere behind a warm smile, is played by actress Lee Da-hee, raising expectations. Additionally, Arin, a member of Oh My Girl and actress, plays the role of 'Hyun-heup', a girl who has been able to see the 'S-Line' since birth, and actress Lee Eun-saem, who gained attention from the drama <Cheongdam International High School>, appears as 'Sun-ah', Ji-wook's niece and a classmate of Hyun-heup who attends the same school.

<S-Line> is the first series directed by director Ahn Joo-young, who won the Best Work Award in the Comedy King category at the 14th Mise-en-scène Short Film Festival with the short film <Sideways> (2014) and won the KTH Award at the 23rd Busan International Film Festival with her feature debut <Bohui and Nokyang> (2018). The Wave original drama <S-Line> will showcase an original worldview surrounding the red line of 'S-Line' connected between people who have sexual relationships and will arrive on July 11.
