Japan's national singer AI is raising fans' expectations by releasing a special documentary video ahead of the IG Arena performance scheduled for August 23.
NTT Docomo Studio & Live announced on the 24th that they released a documentary video and interview footage capturing the moment AI, as the first artist, participated in the sound test at IG Arena in April this year and sang 'Story'.
This performance is part of AI's nationwide 32-performance tour 'AI 25th best tour ←ALIVE→' celebrating her 25th anniversary, taking place at IG Arena, Japan's largest arena, which opened in July 2025. This venue, with a maximum capacity of 17,000 people, is a next-generation arena suitable for both music and sports, equipped with the latest video and production facilities.
Particularly, multiple secret artists are scheduled to perform on this day, drawing even more attention. AI, who believes in the power of music and continues to bring smiles to the world through her songs for the next generation, is set to present a stunning stage to commemorate her 25 years since debut.
A music industry insider stated, 'AI's 25th anniversary tour is offering new musical challenges and emotions beyond a simple commemorative performance,' adding, 'There is great anticipation for the special performance that will unfold on the new stage at IG Arena.'
