
Singer and actress Yoona stated that the character in 〈Cooperation〉 resembles her the most.
In the 104th episode of the YouTube variety show 'Shin Dong-yeob's Sad Brother', which was released on the 4th, the lead actors of 〈The Devil Has Arrived〉, Yoona and Ahn Bo-hyun, shared honest stories.
Yoona revealed, "The character Park Min-young in 〈Cooperation〉 reflects my personality the most," adding, "My friends and family watched 〈Cooperation〉 and said, 'You weren't even acting!'" On the other hand, regarding her character 'Seon-ji' in 〈The Devil Has Arrived〉, Yoona mentioned, "It's much bigger and exaggerated than the character in 〈Cooperation〉." Nevertheless, Yoona expressed, "I approached it with even more joy than 〈Cooperation〉. I hope people will find those aspects lovely," sharing her thoughts on participating in the new work 〈The Devil Has Arrived〉.
The movie 〈The Devil Has Arrived〉 is set to be released on August 13 and tells the story of a young man, Gil-gu (Ahn Bo-hyun), who takes on an extraordinary part-time job to monitor Seon-ji (Im Yoona), who wakes up as a devil every dawn. The film 〈The Devil Has Arrived〉 is the next project of director Lee Sang-geun, who recorded 9.42 million viewers with the summer blockbuster 〈Exit〉 in 2019, and is a collaboration with the production company Ouyunae-gang, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year and has consistently created box office hits every summer with films like 〈Exit〉, 〈Mogadishu〉, and 〈Smuggling〉.
