Recently, Lee Soon-jae's agency spoke out regarding the health rumors that have surfaced.

Veteran actor Lee Soon-jae has recently been the subject of health rumors. As the oldest active actor, he is currently 90 years old and has had to temporarily halt filming for dramas due to health issues, and he has also stepped down from theater performances. However, he appeared healthy at the KBS awards ceremony, but he did not attend the Korean PD Awards held in April this year.

Additionally, Park Geun-hyung recently mentioned, "I heard from others that the situation doesn't seem good," which has reignited health rumors. However, Lee Soon-jae's agency confirmed through various media outlets that "there are no other health issues." They explained, "He is undergoing rehabilitation due to weakness in his legs, and he feels it is not appropriate to show this to the public, so he is refusing visits from anyone other than family."

Lee Soon-jae recently received the grand prize at the KBS awards, becoming the oldest recipient in history. He is currently on a break after his last drama, 〈Dog Knows Everything〉, which aired last fall.
