G-Dragon Appointed as APEC Summit Ambassador\n[Provided by Galaxy Corporation]

Singer G-Dragon will perform at the welcome dinner for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit to be held in Gyeongju on the 31st.

According to his agency, Galaxy Corporation, G-Dragon will take the stage at the cultural performance of the APEC welcome dinner held at the Grand Ballroom of the Lahan Hotel in Gyeongju on the 31st. He is the only K-pop artist to perform at this welcome dinner.

G-Dragon was appointed as the official ambassador for the APEC summit last July. The promotional video featuring him has garnered 19 million views on YouTube as of the 29th, attracting significant attention online.

The APEC Summit Preparatory Planning Team stated, "G-Dragon is the ideal person to effectively convey the values of connectivity and sustainability that APEC aims for, both domestically and internationally." They added, "We expect him to showcase an outstanding performance at the welcome dinner as well."
