'Taxi Driver 3' Pyo Ye-jin, “Go Eun's Amazing Action and Performance Will Be Revealed”

Actress Pyo Ye-jin has hinted at the new season of 〈Taxi Driver〉.

SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama 〈Taxi Driver 3〉 is a series based on the webtoon of the same name, featuring the hidden taxi company Rainbow Transportation and taxi driver Kim Do-gi completing revenge on behalf of wronged victims in a private revenge agency drama. The previous season recorded a viewership rating of 21%, ranking 5th among all domestic terrestrial and cable dramas aired after 2023, raising expectations for the new season of 〈Taxi Driver〉.

In the meantime, Pyo Ye-jin, who has established her life character as Go Eun, the genius hacker of 'Rainbow Transportation', expressed her special feelings about the full return of the Season 3 cast. Pyo Ye-jin said, “Since around the end of Season 2, many people have been asking about this season. Thanks to that, I feel a great deal of support and love for 〈Taxi Driver〉. I am always grateful that we can continue the season while receiving a lot of attention in a time when various contents are pouring out,” and added, “I am even happier that all the members of Rainbow Transportation can come back together to greet the viewers.”

Above all, Pyo Ye-jin revealed her special affection for the 'Rainbow Five' who have reunited for the third season: Lee Je-hoon (Kim Do-gi), Kim Eui-sung (Jang representative), Jang Hyuk-jin (Choi supervisor), and Bae Yu-ram (Park supervisor). She said, “When we shoot the underground maintenance room meeting scene with all five members, I particularly feel the strong chemistry among the members. Even without prior discussions or rehearsals, the chemistry is so good. It feels very reassuring and enjoyable when we exchange lines and enrich the scene together,” showcasing their blossoming teamwork. Finally, Pyo Ye-jin emphasized the viewing points of 〈Taxi Driver 3〉, saying, “The scale has grown much larger than before, and with excellent actors joining each episode, it seems to have been completed with even more wonderful and rich stories.”

SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama 〈Taxi Driver 3〉 is set to premiere in November.
