Paris Jackson Warns Fans About Drug Aftermath

Paris Jackson, daughter of the late pop legend Michael Jackson and currently active as an actress and model, raised awareness among fans by revealing the serious aftermath of her past drug use.

On the 10th (local time), Paris Jackson stated in a video posted on her TikTok account that she suffers from symptoms of septal perforation. Septal perforation refers to a condition where a hole forms in the inner wall of the nose.

She used her phone's flashlight to show the inside of her nose, demonstrating that there is indeed a small hole in the septum. She shared that she experiences discomfort with a loud whistling sound when breathing.

Paris Jackson made it clear that the cause of this symptom was drug use. She warned fans to never touch drugs, emphasizing that drugs have destroyed her life.

Having suffered from this symptom since the age of 20, she jokingly expressed that the size of the hole is large enough to thread a spaghetti noodle through. However, she stated that she is not considering reconstructive surgery, as she does not want to be exposed to narcotic painkillers again after surgery.

Currently maintaining six years of sobriety, Paris Jackson also shared her recovery journey at the 35th Friendly House Awards ceremony held in LA last month.

At that time, she expressed that she not only regained her life but also obtained a better one. She received the Shining Star Award in collaboration with Friendly House, a rehabilitation program for women recovering from trauma.

In her acceptance speech, she said, "Helping someone develop conscious efforts has been the most meaningful action in my life," and added, "I pray that I can continue to help others."
