All members of the girl group NewJeans have decided to return to their agency Ador, suggesting that the ongoing exclusive contract dispute may come to an end. On the 12th, Ador officially announced, "NewJeans members Haerin and Hyein have expressed their intention to continue their activities with the agency after careful consideration with their families," adding, "We respect the ruling and have decided to comply with the exclusive contract." Following this, it was reported that the remaining members would also return to Ador along with Haerin and Hyein. This means that all NewJeans members will resume their activities with the previous agency according to the court's judgment, causing a stir among fans.

Despite claims of contract termination arising from conflicts between NewJeans and HYBE, as well as demands for the return of former CEO Min Hee-jin, the court ruled in favor of Ador in both the injunction and first-instance judgment, concluding that the exclusive contract remains in effect. With this decision, all members, including Haerin and Hyein, have resolved their conflicts with the agency and will continue their entertainment activities.

The agency Ador stated, "We will do our best to ensure that Haerin and Hyein can carry out their activities smoothly," and requested fans and the media to refrain from speculation about the members. As a result, NewJeans has taken a step closer to normalizing team activities with the return of all members, after previously having all independent activities temporarily restricted until the main lawsuit.
