‘The 4th Love Revolution’ Kim Yo-han Transforms into a Heart-Fluttering Million Influencer

Actor Kim Yo-han challenges himself as the next generation rom-com master through ‘The 4th Love Revolution’. Kim Yo-han appeared as the million influencer ‘Kang Min-hak’ in the Wave original series ‘The 4th Love Revolution’, which premiered on the 13th.

‘The 4th Love Revolution’ is a chaotic romantic comedy filled with errors, where million influencer model Kang Min-hak (Kim Yo-han) meets lifelong single engineering student Joo Yeon-san (Hwang Bo-reum-byeol) due to a nonsensical department merger. Kang Min-hak, played by Kim Yo-han, boasts overwhelming visuals and physique that bring a halo with every appearance, showcasing the traits of a hot celebrity. In particular, Kang Min-hak's stunning visuals evoke memories of first love's excitement. It was not uncommon to see high school girls and even male engineering students captivated by Kang Min-hak's face, entranced by his charm.

Kang Min-hak's clumsiness was also a point of interest. When asked about programming languages, Kang Min-hak repeatedly gave wrong answers with a bright smile, bringing laughter. Eventually, in the latter half of episode 2, Kang Min-hak unexpectedly split Joo Yeon-san's laptop in two and showcased extreme comedic acting by spraying mist and using a hand dryer to clean up the mess. Amidst this, a romance that felt almost like an error began to form between Kang Min-hak and Joo Yeon-san, adding to the viewing pleasure. Kang Min-hak shook the heart of Joo Yeon-san, who had built a perfect algorithmic world for himself, igniting a romantic atmosphere and raising curiosity about future developments.

In this way, Kim Yo-han perfectly embodied the pure charm of Kang Min-hak, proving his wide acting spectrum. Having completely shed the serious character he portrayed in the previous SBS drama ‘Try: We Become a Miracle’, Kim Yo-han succeeded in another acting transformation, becoming a 'heart-flutterer' with his sometimes cheerful and sometimes delicate demeanor. Meanwhile, ‘The 4th Love Revolution’, co-directed by Yoon Sung-ho and Han In-mi, releases four episodes every Thursday at 11 AM, available for four weeks.
