With the release of 〈Our Name〉 approaching on November 26, the media/distribution premiere and press conference held on November 17 (Monday) was successfully completed with the attendance of Director Lee Sang-rok, Jung Soon-beom, Min Woo-seok, Lee Sang-ha, and Kim Tae-hyun. The film 〈Our Name〉, which tells the story of two 'Young-hyun' with the same name navigating friendship and competition towards the same goal but different destinations, was held at CGV Yongsan I-Park Mall on November 17 (Monday) at 4:30 PM, and the press conference that followed was graced by the presence of Director Lee Sang-rok and actors Jung Soon-beom, Min Woo-seok, Lee Sang-ha, and Kim Tae-hyun.

Director Lee Sang-rok shared, "While attending a technical high school and experiencing practical training and job preparation, I realized, 'This path is not for me.' and decided to change my career to become a film director. There were times when I was busy fitting myself into the socially defined 'employment' framework, turning away from my dream of filmmaking and running away." He continued, "I believe that the current me exists because of the me from that time, and I wanted to express that time through my first feature film. I captured the confusing emotions I felt during my technical high school life in Young-hyun B and A, and created Jong-soo and Joo-wang by gathering impressions from friends around me."

Jung Soon-beom, who played 'Young-hyun B' who transfers to a technical high school and faces reality, said, "There aren't many warriors for Young-hyun B, so I had many discussions with the director. I focused on the character's essence as an 'avoidant type' and thought about how I could escape, resulting in the current Young-hyun B who has distanced himself from dreams, family, and society." Min Woo-seok, who portrayed 'Young-hyun A' showing the anxiety and hope of youth walking forward without knowing what a dream is, stated, "The script was really interesting. I wanted to depict Young-hyun A as a character that could exist in any high school. Conversations with Jung Soon-beom would often last 3-4 hours as we discussed the character."

Lee Sang-ha stated, "I thought Jong-soo was the character with the highest degree of freedom among my friends. I wanted to show the comfortable and cheerful atmosphere when I was with my close friends in high school through Jong-soo," while Kim Tae-hyun mentioned, "I thought that I and Joo-wang did not match, but through discussions with the director, I realized that Joo-wang exists within me. I focused on finding similarities between myself and Joo-wang by reading the script multiple times."

When asked about role models and referenced works, Jung Soon-beom replied, "〈3rd Year 2nd Semester〉 was screened at the Busan International Film Festival before filming, which helped me understand the atmosphere of technical high schools. Personally, I like actor Park Jung-min." Min Woo-seok shared, "While rewatching 〈The Guard〉, I observed the subtle conflicts between characters. I have many role models, but I like actor Lee Byung-hun the most." Lee Sang-ha explained that he recalled the cheerful friends from his high school days rather than the film itself, and Kim Tae-hyun added that he wrote down the names of four real friends to match with each character to build Joo-wang's image.

In response to the question about the most memorable scene, various answers followed. Director Lee Sang-rok said, "It was fun capturing the moment when the four actors became real friends during the beach scene filmed in the first round," while Jung Soon-beom pointed out the line from the homeroom teacher, 'At that age, they are too shy to say whether they like or dislike something,' as the key that runs through the work. Min Woo-seok mentioned, "All the classroom scenes were fun and impressive," while Lee Sang-ha and Kim Tae-hyun chose the bathhouse scene as their memorable moment.

When asked about the narratives of each character after the film, the actors provided answers reflecting their personalities. Jung Soon-beom said, "Young-hyun B will face a moment when everything changes like a volcanic eruption after working at a company for several years," while Min Woo-seok replied, "I think Young-hyun A will appear here, greeting like the director and looking well-groomed." Lee Sang-ha stated, "I think Jong-soo will live a normal life, getting married and having children," and Kim Tae-hyun said, "Joo-wang is a character who does his best at what is in front of him, so at first, he might have said, 'I will bury my bones in this company,' but after realizing what he loves, he would have sought new work."

Finally, Director Lee Sang-rok expressed his gratitude, saying, "Thanks to the help and support of each individual, we were able to produce this result, and the process of being screened is truly an honor and overwhelming. I hope to share this with many audiences." The media premiere and press conference for 〈Our Name〉 concluded successfully and will be released on November 26.
