On the 27th, the new tvN Monday-Tuesday drama 〈Siren〉 revealed character stills and a personnel record card for Wi Ha-jun, who plays Cha Woo-seok, boasting the highest arrest rate for insurance fraud cases, raising anticipation for the work.
Set to premiere on March 2, 〈Siren〉 contains a deadly romance thriller about a man who unravels the deaths surrounding a captivating insurance fraud suspect and her charm that one cannot resist. Cha Woo-seok, played by Wi Ha-jun, is part of the Special Investigation Team for Insurance Fraud, and his life goal is to catch those who try to turn human lives into money. Thanks to his tenacity, he has maintained the number one arrest rate for years.
The personnel record card released alongside reveals Cha Woo-seok's surprising past. It notes that he was previously part of the violent crimes unit but is currently suspended, sparking curiosity about his background. In the drama, Cha Woo-seok faces a change when he receives a suspicious tip that Royal Auction's chief auctioneer Han Seol-ah (played by Park Min-young) is a suspect in insurance fraud.
