'Yumi's Cells' Season 3 to Premiere in April... Stills of Kim Go-eun and Kim Jae-won Released

The cell-stimulating relatable romance is back.

On the morning of the 2nd, OTT platform TVING announced the premiere of 〈Yumi's Cells〉 Season 3 in April by releasing stills on their official SNS. The released photos feature Kim Go-eun as Yumi and Kim Jae-won as Shin Sun-rok.

〈Yumi's Cells〉 Season 3 depicts Yumi, who has returned as a star writer, and the cells that still only know Yumi, as they grow once again and tell a story of love as always. In the previous installment, Yumi boldly pursued her dreams, and now she has established herself as a proper romance novelist. However, the sudden appearance of the character 'Sun-rok' in Yumi's mundane life, which has lost its excitement, rings an unexpected alarm in Cell Village and stirs up new waves of emotions.

The role of Sun-rok is played by the rising young actor Kim Jae-won. With a sweet face but delivering unexpected 'truth bombs', he is the new PD of the Julie Literary Company’s editorial department, a character with unexpected charm. While it seems that only the 'rational cells' would dominate, Sun-rok finds himself facing unexpected situations as he takes charge of the emotional cells of writer Yumi, whose emotions are in turmoil.
