The girl group KATSEYE from Hive Universal continues its unstoppable momentum as it has been selected as the advertisement model for the Super Bowl, the largest sports and pop culture event in North America, following its performance at the 68th Grammy Awards.

According to its agency Hive-Geffen Records on the 4th, KATSEYE will appear in a campaign advertisement for the global insurance brand State Farm, which will be broadcast during the NFL Championship game on the 9th (local time).

In this advertisement, the six members (Daniela, Lara, Manon, Megan, Sophia, Yoonchae) will stand alongside Hollywood actress Hailee Steinfeld and famous comedian Keegan-Michael Key. The day before, KATSEYE's performance to the legendary rock band Bon Jovi's classic song 'Livin' on a Prayer' was revealed on State Farm's official YouTube channel, drawing attention.

The Super Bowl is known as the 'flower of advertising' with approximately 127.7 million viewers in the U.S. According to foreign media, this year's top price for a 30-second Super Bowl advertisement has surpassed $10 million (approximately 14.5 billion won) for the first time in history. It is unusual for a rookie group like KATSEYE to enter this stage, which is considered a cultural signal declaring the value of a brand beyond just an advertisement.

Local media are also rushing to call for them. Before the Super Bowl advertisement airs, they will make their first appearance on the flagship talk show 〈The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon〉 on NBC in the U.S. on the 5th. Host Jimmy Fallon raised expectations by posting a parody video of KATSEYE's new song 'Internet Girl' with the lyrics 'Eat Zucchini' on his official social media.
