The Late Kim Sae-ron's Last Work 'We Are Every Day' to Be Released on March 4

The late actor Kim Sae-ron's last work, the movie 〈We Are Every Day〉, will meet audiences in theaters on March 4.

Directed by Kim Min-jae, 〈We Are Every Day〉 is based on the webtoon of the same name and captures the clumsy and innocent love of teenagers. The role of the male student Ho-su, who confesses his fluttering feelings to his childhood friend before entering high school, is played by actor Lee Chae-min, while the role of the female student Yeo-ul is played by Kim Sae-ron.

Although the actual filming was completed in 2021, it took a relatively long time until the release.

Director Kim Min-jae expressed his feelings at a press conference held on the 23rd, saying, "It took a long time to release, and I had many worries and fears, but I am happy to finally meet the audience like this." He also shared his sincere feelings about Kim Sae-ron, who recently marked the first anniversary of her passing.

Director Kim recalled, "I can assure you that Kim Sae-ron was the best among all the actors I have met. She was a child born to act and was more polite and beautiful than anyone else." He continued, "Young people make mistakes when they are young, and as they grow older, they become wonderful individuals. It's a pity that I can no longer see that side of her, and she will forever be an actor remembered even as she ages," revealing his deep longing.

Lee Chae-min, who makes his screen debut in this work, is an actor who gained public recognition through the tvN drama 〈Bon Appétit, Your Majesty〉. He expressed his gratitude towards Kim Sae-ron while reflecting on the filming five years ago.

Lee Chae-min said, "Although Kim Sae-ron was the same age as me, she led me well as a senior. She carefully taught me even the detailed parts, and looking back now, I realize how grateful I am for that."
