The girl group aespa is set to release a new single 'Keychain' in collaboration with Korean-American pop star Anderson .Paak.

The agency SM Entertainment announced that aespa will unveil 'Keychain' on the 27th at 2 PM. This song is part of the original soundtrack (OST) for the movie 〈K-POPS!〉, which Anderson .Paak produced, directed, and starred in, featuring his unique hip-hop, R&B, and funk-rooted sound combined with aespa's distinct style.

〈K-POPS!〉 is a family comedy film that captures the culture, music, and identity of the Korean community in the United States, and it will be released locally in North America on the same day. The film depicts the story of a musician from LA who moves to Korea to rebuild his career, only to discover that his son, whom he has long been unaware of, is on the path to becoming a K-pop superstar.

Anderson .Paak, who is also known by the nickname 'Miryang Park,' is familiar to domestic fans, as his mother is Korean-American, and he has built a family with a Korean woman he met while teaching at a music school.

Active as a singer-songwriter, rapper, and music producer, he achieved significant success with the R&B project group 'Silk Sonic,' formed with Bruno Mars. Silk Sonic's single 'Leave the Door Open' won four awards at the 2022 Grammy Awards, bringing Anderson .Paak's total Grammy wins to nine.
