Actor Ahn Hyoseop, who voiced Jinwoo in the Netflix animated film 〈K-Pop Demon Hunters〉, stood on the red carpet of the Academy Awards, the highest honor in the American film industry.

On the 15th (local time), Ahn Hyoseop appeared on the red carpet of the 98th Academy Awards held at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, Los Angeles, receiving a warm response from the crowd. This is his first time stepping on the Oscar red carpet since his debut in 2015.

〈K-Pop Demon Hunters〉 is an animated story about a girl group called HuntRix, who are demon hunters fighting against the demon boy group Saja Boys to save the world, creating a global phenomenon. Ahn Hyoseop received worldwide attention for voicing the male protagonist Jinwoo, a member of Saja Boys.

〈K-Pop Demon Hunters〉 won the Animation and Original Song awards at the Golden Globes in January this year, and last month at the Grammys, it became the first K-Pop genre to win 'Best Song Written for Visual Media', and on this day at the Academy Awards, it also won the Best Animated Feature and Original Song awards, bringing home the Oscar trophy.
