Actor Seo Hyun-woo joined ENA's new Monday-Tuesday drama 〈Climax〉 and once again demonstrated his unique presence.
In the first broadcast of 〈Climax〉 on the 16th, Seo Hyun-woo made a special appearance as the major film producer Oh Kwang-jae, who once dominated Chungmuro—an area in Seoul known for its rich film industry—elevating the tension of the drama to its peak.
〈Climax〉 portrays the fierce survival of prosecutor Bang Tae-seop (Joo Ji-hoon) as he dives into the highest power cartel in South Korea. The character Oh Kwang-jae, played by Seo Hyun-woo, is an ambitious figure who pursues success by any means among the powerful in politics and business. He plays a pivotal role in the story as he becomes intertwined with the top Asian star Chu Sang-ah, played by Ha Ji-won.
Seo Hyun-woo's participation this time is another transformation following his intense antagonist role in the previous work 〈Honor: Her Law〉, garnering fan expectations. He has proven a broad acting spectrum, perfectly embodying characters with completely different faces in each work. According to his agency, despite being a special appearance, Seo Hyun-woo has devoted himself to character analysis to express the complex inner side of Oh Kwang-jae.
ENA's Monday-Tuesday drama 〈Climax〉 airs every Monday and Tuesday at 10 PM on ENA, and is also available on KT Genie TV and Disney+.
