In 1442, 'Jang Yeong-sil' suddenly vanished from the pages of history. This film begins with a bold and daring hypothesis: the figure in the sketches left behind by the Western art master 'Rubens' was none other than 'Jang Yeong-sil.' It depicts his perilous journey to Renaissance-era Europe, where he must evade threats to his life—an epic rendered with overwhelming scale beyond the limits of social status.
