A return after 16 years, a new paradigm for SBS rural variety

After the legendary variety program 'Family Outing!' ended, SBS declared the revival of rural variety after a full 16 years with its sights set high. Scheduled to unveil on June 26 at 10:55 a.m., 'Jecheolri Village Hall' is more than just a rural experience. It is a regional win-win project. The show follows five young people accustomed to life in the city as they uncover the hidden charms of a countryside village over one night and two days, sharing their own talents with the residents through sincere interaction.

The lineup for 'Jecheolri Youth Association', the show’s central force, is nothing short of radical. Led by 'Kim Dae-ho', a broadcaster-turned-announcer who joined SBS’s fixed programming for the first time since switching to freelancing, the cast also includes 'Jonathan', known for unmatched wit and charm. In addition, the trot queen who spans all generations, 'Song Gain', has come together with the others. Joining them are chef 'Park Eun-young', who rose to global stardom through Netflix’s 'Black and White Chef: Battle of Cooking Classes', and 'Hyojung' from the group Oh My Girl, armed with her signature positive energy, setting up expectations for a perfect synergy.

Right from the first broadcast, it’s set to deliver—special back-up from global idols

The special guest lineup that will drive buzz from the very first episode is also overwhelming. 'Soobin' of Tomorrow by Together (TXT), representing K-pop, and 'Hyeongjun' of CRAVITY will take part, where they are expected to spark fresh, generation-crossing chemistry with members of the Youth Association.
