A deadly encounter between a third-generation chaebol heir and an undercover detective, opening a mystery romance

tvN’s new Monday-Tuesday drama ‘My Guilty Human’ premieres next month on the 19th at 8:50 p.m. Starring acclaimed actors Im Si-wan and Seol In-ah, the series delivers fresh tension and romantic excitement while moving beyond familiar clichés.

The series follows the dangerous romance between arrogant third-generation chaebol heir Yoon Yi-joon (Im Si-wan), who is identified as a murder suspect, and Kang Jae-hee (Seol In-ah), a former special forces officer and detective who goes undercover as his personal secretary. The drama goes beyond the conventional romantic-comedy format, combining it with the weighty mystery of a murder case to maximize the story’s intensity.

Based on the popular KakaoPage web novel ‘Why Doesn’t He Know I’m a Woman?’, the series benefits from a proven narrative structure. The show will also be released simultaneously worldwide through the over-the-top streaming service ‘Amazon Prime Video’. Industry attention is focused on the series as another highly anticipated K-drama poised to continue the genre’s global success.
