HYBE’s Weverse Con Festival Goes Overseas for the First Time, Unveils 15 Acts Set to Heat Up New Delhi

Targeting India’s Vast Emerging Market, a Historic Meeting of K-pop and Indian Pop

HYBE India, a subsidiary of global entertainment and lifestyle platform company HYBE, has officially unveiled the final lineup of 15 acts for Weverse Con Festival India (hereafter, Weverse Con India), set to take place in New Delhi on March 27 and 28 next year. This marks the first time the Weverse Con Festival will be held outside South Korea, drawing industry attention as HYBE moves to make a full-fledged push into India’s music market, in the world’s most populous country and one that is growing rapidly.

A host of top groups with global fanbases will join the lineup for Weverse Con India. Boy groups TOMORROW X TOGETHER and ENHYPEN, along with girl group LE SSERAFIM, are set to deliver commanding performances. Acclaimed vocalist Lee Hyun and producer and singer BUMZU will also take the stage, adding to the festival’s polish.

Artists who can serve as bridges between the two cultures are especially drawing attention. Lara, an Indian-American member of global girl group KATSEYE, will perform alongside Indian-American singer-songwriter Rhea Raj, who recently joined the joint venture label formed by HYBE and Universal Music Group’s Republic Records. Versatile solo artists Eric Nam and Hwasa, as well as Dayoung of WJSN, will add to the variety of performances. Popular Indian rapper King and rising singer-songwriter Gini will also take part, completing a genuine musical exchange.
