At the first trial on the 20th, the defendant in his 30s denied the charges, saying "There was no weapon and I was beaten while trying to rob an empty house". The court responded, "Who would just stand by if someone entered their home?"... The situation where the criminal threatened and choked the victim Nana and her mother is clear, and the absurd situation where the criminal countersues the victim Nana for 'attempted murder'... Police decided not to prosecute, citing "self-defense".
A man in his 30s who broke into actress Nana's home and assaulted her and her mother drew criticism in court by claiming, "I was unilaterally hit instead. " It was revealed that he even attempted to countersue Nana for 'attempted murder' while in custody.
