One particularly eye-catching photo is from their wedding day on July 29, 1989. Additionally, their five children are also featured in the photos. The children, Naomi (36), Azriel (34), Terra (26), Winnie (22), and Isaiah (20), showcase precious moments of their growth together.

Love Strengthened Through Crisis

In February of this year, Terry shared his experience of nearly separating as they approached their 20th wedding anniversary, revealing how he rebuilt his relationship with Rebecca. In an interview with People magazine, he stated, "My wife and I have been married for 36 years, and we almost ended it at the 20-year mark. However, we completely rebuilt our relationship." He added, "We decided to become stronger together. That was a decision we made ourselves."

The Importance of Effort: What is Love?

Terry emphasized, "Many people think love is an emotion, but in fact, love is effort. You really have to put in the effort. I need to improve myself, and this is a skill." He conveyed that there were many new things he had to learn in the process.

Despite the difficulties, he believes that their recommitment is an 'amazing thing' in their marriage. He stated, "If both sides participate, I believe we can succeed." Last July, he reflected on the 'core' of his marriage, saying, "Many of the things I did wrong in the early years of marriage had nothing to do with love. It was about control."
