This achievement comes approximately 5 years after its release on August 21, 2020, and is the result of reaching 2 billion views 9 months after achieving 1.9 billion views on December 19 of last year. 'Dynamite' is the first BTS music video to exceed 2 billion views.

'Dynamite' is an English song produced in a bright and cheerful disco pop genre. In the music video, BTS showcased a delightful and dynamic performance along with an addictive rhythm.
