'Zzanbro' Appearance Normalization: “I Have Fainted on Stage”

Jung Sung-hwa revealed a story about fainting on stage, surprising everyone.

The YouTube entertainment program 〈Zzanbro Shin Dong-yeob〉 released its 111th episode featuring Jung Sung-hwa and Jung Sang-hoon as guests on September 22. In the video, Shin Dong-yeob shared various stories with Jung Sung-hwa and Jung Sang-hoon from their college club days.

In the video, Jung Sung-hwa shared the story of how he almost fell after fainting on stage while performing in the musical 'Hero'. At that time, Jung Sung-hwa, who played the role of Ahn Jung-geun, was preparing for both the stage and the film, having lost about 14kg for the movie. After rapidly losing weight in just three months, he suddenly blacked out while singing the last song.

As he was about to fall forward, he fortunately grabbed the safety rope that was set up on stage and barely avoided falling. After all the hardships, the film 〈Hero〉 was released in December 2022 and attracted 3.27 million viewers.
