WOODZ Makes a Comeback with New Song 'I'll Never Love Again'

Singer WOODZ is returning with his first new song after discharge. His agency Idam Entertainment announced that WOODZ will release a new digital single 'I'll Never Love Again' on the 24th at 6 PM.

This single is the first new release following the unexpected chart rebound of 'Drowning', which was released during his military service in the first half of this year, and it is the first new music presented after his discharge in July.

Through this single, WOODZ conveys a message to look at the repetitions of daily life and taken-for-granted situations from a new perspective. The title track 'I'll Never Love Again' is an alternative rock genre infused with folk sensibilities, while the included track 'Smashing Concrete' is an alternative metal style that harmonizes rap and vocals. Both songs were written and composed by WOODZ himself.

WOODZ expressed through his agency, "I am very excited to start my activities with the release of new music, including concerts." He shared, "There were concerns about whether it would be burdensome since it's my first release after discharge, but I was able to work on it joyfully instead."

Regarding the chart rebound of 'Drowning', he said, "I was grateful for the opportunity to have more attention on the music I create due to the rebound," and added, "I prepared hard with the mindset of rewarding the fans who have waited. Starting with this digital single, I will show more music."

As for his future plans, WOODZ stated, "My goal is to be an artist who can tour stadiums around the world," and expressed, "In that process, I will continuously communicate with fans and present what I want to show in a balanced way." He added, "I believe that I will eventually reach that goal while always dreaming and living my life."
