On the 23rd, Lee Byung-hun posted a photo with actors Shin Ha-kyun and Song Kang-ho on his Instagram with the caption "Time flies, #NoOtherChoice" along with a still from 〈Joint Security Area〉 (2000). 〈Joint Security Area〉 is a film directed by Park Chan-wook, featuring Lee Young-ae, Lee Byung-hun, Song Kang-ho, Kim Tae-woo, and Shin Ha-kyun. 〈Joint Security Area〉 attracted about 5.8 million viewers at the time and won Best Picture, Best Director, Best Supporting Actor, Best Cinematography, and Most Popular Film at the 21st Blue Dragon Film Awards.

Meanwhile, Lee Byung-hun collaborated with director Park Chan-wook for the third time in 〈No Other Choice〉, following 〈Joint Security Area〉 and 〈Three, Monsters〉 (2004). The film 〈No Other Choice〉 tells the story of an office worker named 'Mansu' (Lee Byung-hun) who feels satisfied with life, but after being unexpectedly fired, prepares for his own war towards re-employment to protect his wife and two children and to keep the house he worked hard to acquire.

The film 〈No Other Choice〉 was released on the 24th and is currently showing in theaters.
