ILLIT Minju Decorates the LCK Finals Opening Stage

Minju, a member of the girl group ILLIT, delivered a special performance on the stage of the country's largest e-sports tournament.

Her agency, Belift Lab, announced on the 29th that Minju was in charge of the opening stage for the 2025 League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) finals held on the 28th at Inspire Arena in Incheon, Yeongjongdo.

On this day, Minju performed two songs, 'Bite Marks' and 'Here, Tomorrow', which are the cinematic themes for League of Legends Season 1-2 of 2025. She particularly captivated the audience by appearing transformed into the popular in-game character Katarina, wielding swords in both hands.

The stage was decorated with cutting-edge technology. A large LED screen extending to the stage floor and in-game symbols realized through augmented reality (AR) technology created a fantastic visual effect.

Known as a fan of League of Legends, Minju expressed, "I was so excited to be in charge of the opening ceremony for the finals of a game that I really love and enjoy playing." She added, "As a player and fan of the game, it was a dream stage for me, so I prepared hard to make it great. I hope my performance was also a source of encouragement for the players."

Meanwhile, ILLIT is set to hold a fan concert at the Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Seoul, on November 8-9.
