Lee Yi-kyung, Leaving 'How Do You Play?'... "Recently Expressed Intent to Depart"

Actor Lee Yi-kyung is leaving the MBC entertainment program 〈How Do You Play?〉 and concluding a three-year relationship. The production team announced on the 4th that Lee Yi-kyung expressed his intent to depart after much consideration due to scheduling issues, including overseas commitments.

The production team stated, "We decided to support each other's paths," and expressed deep gratitude for the passion shown for the program despite busy schedules.

Lee Yi-kyung debuted in 2012 with the film 〈Night of the Dead〉 and has been active in various works, including the dramas 〈Marry My Husband〉 and 〈Face Me〉. He joined the entertainment program 〈How Do You Play?〉 in 2022 and won the love of viewers with his unique cheerful charm.

He has been recognized for his entertainment skills, winning the Music & Talk Popularity Award (2022), Show Variety Popularity Award (2023), and Male Excellence Award (2024) at the MBC Broadcasting Entertainment Awards.

Meanwhile, Lee Yi-kyung has recently filed a lawsuit against the author of posts for defamation and the spread of false information regarding personal life rumors that have surfaced online.
