Actor Ji Chang-wook has passionately opened the curtain on the revenge drama in 〈The Manipulated〉.

On the 5th, Disney+’s original series 〈The Manipulated〉 unveiled episodes 1 through 4, finally revealing its story, and Ji Chang-wook’s performance leading the narrative has become a hot topic.

〈The Manipulated〉 is an action drama where ‘Tae-jung’ (Ji Chang-wook), who was living an ordinary life, gets wrongfully embroiled in a heinous crime and ends up in prison, discovering that everything was planned by ‘Yohan’ (Do Kyung-soo), leading him to execute his revenge.

Ji Chang-wook plays the role of ‘Tae-jung’, who is suddenly accused of a terrible crime. He excellently portrays the emotional range of a ‘growth character’, from the frustration of a good young man wrongfully accused to gradually becoming stronger and more determined after realizing that there is a hidden truth behind the incident, maximizing immersion with his superb control of emotions. Additionally, Ji Chang-wook enhances the drama's enjoyment with various bare-handed action scenes, including confrontations with Yeodeok-soo (Yang Dong-geun), set in a prison backdrop.

Disney+’s original series 〈The Manipulated〉 has completed its initial release of episodes 1 to 4 on the 5th, and will continue to release two episodes every Wednesday, totaling 12 episodes for viewers worldwide.
