HyunA Faints During Waterbomb Performance in Macau... "I Have No Memory" Apologizes to Fans

Singer HyunA experienced a sudden fainting incident on stage during the 'Waterbomb 2025 Macau' performance held in Macau on the 9th, raising concerns among fans.

While singing her hit song 'Bubble POP', HyunA lost consciousness and collapsed, and immediately the backup dancers carried her off stage with the help of security, taking care of her outfit. It is reported that HyunA, cradled in the arms of a security guard, appeared to be completely limp and unconscious.

Concerns Over the Effects of 'Weight Change' Diet

HyunA has been focusing on weight management recently. On the 3rd of last month, she declared her diet and on November 5th, she shared a post on social media stating "It's really hard to go from 50(㎏) to changing the first digit" along with a photo of a scale showing 49.88㎏, confirming that she had entered the 40㎏ range.

Concerns are growing among fans that the rapid weight loss achieved in a short period may be related to this fainting incident.

Past Confession of 'Vasovagal Syncope'

HyunA's past medical history has also come to light. In 2016, she confessed on her social media that she was receiving treatment for depression, panic disorder, and vasovagal syncope. At that time, HyunA revealed, "At first, my vision became blurry, and then I just collapsed," adding, "There is a condition called vasovagal syncope."

Immediately after the incident, HyunA apologized on Instagram, saying "I'm really, really sorry. I have no memory of it", and promised her fans, "I will work on building my strength and continue to work hard in the future".
