G-Dragon, 16th in '21st Century Best Dresser'... The Only Asian Selected by American Fashion Media

Singer G-Dragon (GD) has reaffirmed his status as a global fashion icon. He ranked 16th on the list of '21st Century Best Dressers' announced by the American fashion and culture media Complex Networks, making him the only Asian on the list.

His agency, Galaxy Corporation, announced on the 18th that G-Dragon was included in this list alongside globally renowned figures such as Kanye West, Rihanna, Pharrell Williams, and David Beckham.

Complex praised G-Dragon as a "pioneer who opened new horizons in fashion long before K-pop emerged as a global phenomenon," stating that he has always led trends with a forward-thinking perspective.

They added, "Even after nearly 20 years since his debut, G-Dragon continues to redefine the concept of style in the K-pop scene, providing inspiration to artists worldwide by transcending genres and using fashion as a means of self-expression."

G-Dragon has attracted public attention with his unique fashion sense since his early debut, particularly recognized for his distinctive outfits showcased during international travel, establishing a new culture known as 'airport fashion.'

Meanwhile, G-Dragon is set to hold a world tour encore performance at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul from the 12th to the 14th of next month.
