The End of Dreams: 'The End of Evangelion' Re-releasing on November 21

The ultimate expression of end-of-the-century sentiment, 〈The End of Evangelion〉, is returning to Korea on November 21.

〈The End of Evangelion〉 is the concluding part of the TV animation 〈Neon Genesis Evangelion〉, continuing the story after Shinji Ikari meets Kaworu. The 〈The End of Evangelion〉 that will be released in Korea in 2024 will meet Korean fans again after a year as part of CGV's 'Evangelion 30th Anniversary Movie Festival 2025-2026'.

CGV announced the re-release of 〈The End of Evangelion〉 on November 21, stating that an on-site giveaway event will take place from the day of release. The giveaway in the first week of release will feature a '30th Anniversary Commemorative Poster' showcasing intense red water colors and silhouettes of the characters.

The 'Evangelion 30th Anniversary Movie Festival 2025-2026', where all the theatrical films of the 'Evangelion' series celebrating its 30th anniversary this year can be seen, will be exclusively screened at CGV from October 31, 2025, to March 5, 2026.
