
The film 〈You and My 5 Minutes〉, which premiered on November 5, won the Best Feature Award at the 3rd East London LGBTQ+ Film Festival. 〈You and My 5 Minutes〉 is a film that depicts the story of two boys who shared their favorite music and secrets in 2001, a year when everything was unfamiliar and anything was new. It is the feature debut of director Um Ha-neul, who has showcased a unique perspective and lyrical sensibility through short films such as 〈Peter Pan's Dream〉, 〈Not Found〉, and 〈Embarrassing but〉. Before its release, 〈You and My 5 Minutes〉 garnered attention by meeting audiences at various domestic and international film festivals, winning the Best Feature Award (Korean Competition) at the 20th Jecheon International Music Film Festival, and receiving the JAIHO Award for the most creative work at the 20th Osaka Asian Film Festival, followed by the Ddaengrang Dongjeon Award at the 27th Jeongdongjin Independent Film Festival, among other accolades.

The East London LGBTQ+ Film Festival is an independent queer film festival held in East London, showcasing a variety of works including feature films, short films, and music videos. 〈You and My 5 Minutes〉 was featured in the Green session and received the honor of Best Feature Film. The film 〈You and My 5 Minutes〉 is currently being screened to great acclaim in theaters.
