Dahyun of the group TWICE is taking on a drama challenge with the new JTBC Friday series 〈Love Me〉.

The JTBC drama 〈Love Me〉 that Dahyun stars in depicts the story of a somewhat selfish yet ordinary family that begins to grow as each of them starts their own love, which has been precious only to them. Dahyun plays the role of 'Ji Hye-on', an editor at a publishing company who dreams of becoming a novelist. The story will portray the emotions of youth as she navigates between friendship and love with 'Seo Jun-seo', a graduate student played by Lee Si-woo, who dreams of romance naively and has been friends with her since kindergarten.

Jun-seo is a typical youngest child who always wants to confirm and be confirmed in love. However, due to the nearly ten-year age difference, he lacks emotional empathy with his older sister Seo Jun-kyung (Seo Hyun-jin) and has been drifting without responsibility from his family due to the heavy atmosphere caused by a sudden accident. Hye-on is a character with the strength to take responsibility for her own life and has been watching over Jun-seo like family for a long time.

Meanwhile, 〈Love Me〉 is based on the Swedish original series of the same name created by Josefin Bornebusch. It has also been remade under the same title in Australia. The drama 〈Love Me〉 will air its first two episodes back-to-back on Friday, December 19 at 8:50 PM on JTBC.
