This year's highest-grossing Korean film lands on Disney+.

Today (28th), the film 〈Zombie Daughter〉 is released on Disney+. The film 〈Zombie Daughter〉 is a comedic drama about a father who, in a secret training mission, tries to protect his daughter who has become the last remaining zombie in the world. This summer, it attracted 5.63 million viewers, making it the highest-grossing Korean film of 2025.

In 〈Zombie Daughter〉, Jo Jung-seok, who has succeeded in consecutive hits with 〈Exit〉, 〈Pilot〉, and now 〈Zombie Daughter〉, leads a powerful cast including Lee Jung-eun, Jo Yeo-jeong, Yoon Kyung-ho, and Choi Yu-ri, showcasing an unprecedented character synchronization that earned them enthusiastic praise from audiences. With its inventive setting, harmless and delightful humor, and touching emotions, 〈Zombie Daughter〉 not only ranked 1st in the overall Korean box office for 2025 but also recorded the highest opening score for a Korean comedy film ever, marking a significant achievement in the comedy genre.
