'Our Ballad' TOP 6 Finalists' Thoughts

The TOP 6 of 'Our Ballad' will adorn Tuesday night with ballad performances filled with their own colors and charms.

Tomorrow (2nd) at 9 PM, the final live broadcast of SBS music audition 'Our Ballad' (directed by Jung Ik-seung, Ahn Jung-hyun, Han Ye-seul, Ko Ji-yeon) will reveal the stories of the TOP 6 Lee Ji-hoon, Hong Seung-min, Song Ji-woo, Cheon Beom-seok, Lee Ye-ji, and Choi Eun-bin as they prepare for their final stage.

Lee Ji-hoon, who topped the semi-final with the most votes, expressed, "I can't believe I made it this far with such a good score in the semi-final, and the pressure is immense." He added, "I want to show a stage that surpasses the praise from the last round, and I hope the audience can feel the story of the final stage that follows the semi-final well," revealing plans to perform with the guitar again in the final stage, adding to the excitement.

Meanwhile, Hong Seung-min said, "I thought every round was the last, but I never expected to make it to the final. As I progressed through the rounds, I had more concerns, but I am happy and grateful to receive the great gift of being in the TOP 6." He shared, "Through 'Our Ballad', I feel like I have figured out how to sing in the future," and added, "Now, I am focusing on my story and emotions while practicing. I will pour everything out so that the listeners can pay attention to my story."

Song Ji-woo stated, "More than the desire for the final victory, I want to show the best I can do through this stage. While practicing the song, I tried to better understand the texture of my voice and have been working to express my emotions honestly without overdoing it." Regarding the feedback she hopes to receive after the final stage, she expressed, "If the representatives of Top Back Gwi could say that Song Ji-woo's color has become clearer, I would be really happy."

Cheon Beom-seok, who values conveying the music he wants to do, explained, "I am preparing hard so that the viewers can feel it was a good stage. In the finals, I plan to show the most authentic stage with the keyboard." He continued, "I want to hear evaluations that this stage was well expressed in Cheon Beom-seok's style and that people are looking forward to what kind of musician I will become in the future."

Lee Ye-ji shared, "I thought making it to the TOP 6 was difficult, but now that I have reached the finals and am preparing for the final stage, it feels surreal, and I have developed a desire to aim for first place now that I am here." She added, "Until now, I focused on conveying emotions, but this time I am preparing solely in a way that I enjoy, so I hope you look forward to it." Finally, Choi Eun-bin expressed, "I feel grateful for the opportunity to be on stage and to continue singing." She said, "Until now, I was nervous and thinking about the past, which made it hard to enjoy, but in the last round, I want to enjoy the stage and sing comfortably. I want to give my best in the finals." She also confessed her fan desire to hear honest feedback from her sister, who recognized her after the broadcast, and expressed her wish to receive feedback from her role model, So Hyang, if she ever gets to hear her song.
