tvN's new weekend drama Pro Bono is set to premiere on the 6th.

Pro Bono is a chaotic human court drama about a snobbish judge who, in his quest for success, unintentionally becomes a public interest lawyer, getting trapped in a corner of a major law firm with a zero-revenue public interest team. Directed by Kim Sung-yoon, who also directed Love in the Moonlight and Itaewon Class, the script is written by former judge Moon Yoo-seok.

Jung Kyung-ho plays the role of Kang Da-wit, who goes from being an influencer judge to suddenly becoming the leader of the pro bono team. During his time as a judge, Kang Da-wit was a legal celebrity who captivated public opinion with his refreshing judgments and witty remarks, gaining enthusiastic support from hundreds of thousands of followers online. However, he faces a completely different life as he unintentionally becomes a public interest lawyer. So Joo-yeon plays the role of Park Gi-ppum, the ace of the pro bono team, hinting at a contrasting chemistry with Jung Kyung-ho.

Park Gi-ppum, a law enthusiast who became a lawyer out of love for the law, strives to fulfill her mission as a lawyer while protecting the socially vulnerable. Although Kang Da-wit and Park Gi-ppum belong to the same pro bono team, their approaches to work are distinctly different. While Kang Da-wit struggles to regain his lost honor and success, Park Gi-ppum navigates the field with genuine care for her clients, raising curiosity about the synergy their combination will create.

Pro Bono will premiere on December 6th at 9:10 PM on tvN.
