Rosé Wins 'Global Hitmaker of the Year' Award by Variety

Blackpink Rosé and the singers who performed the virtual girl group Huntress in the Netflix animation 〈K-Pop Demon Hunters〉 have been named among the winners of the '2025 Hitmakers' awards presented by the American entertainment magazine 'Variety'.

On the 6th (local time), Rosé was awarded the 'Global Hitmaker of the Year' trophy at the awards ceremony held in Los Angeles, USA, recognizing the success of her global mega hit song 'Apartment' (APT.) and her solo debut album 'Rosie'.

Rosé attended the ceremony in person to receive the trophy.

She expressed her gratitude, saying, "I am honored to receive this prestigious award. The past year was filled with moments I could never have imagined, and it was truly enjoyable to see my song 'Apartment' grow with the love of fans around the world." She also extended her deep thanks to her agency The Black Label family, who shared an incredibly busy year with her, and to her mentor, producer Teddy.
