'Avengers: Doomsday' Set to Release on December 18, 2026... Chris Evans Returns

News has emerged about the release of the latest installment in Hollywood's biggest blockbuster franchise 〈Avengers〉 series. Marvel Entertainment, under Disney, confirmed the release date of December 18, 2026, by unveiling the 〈Avengers: Doomsday〉 trailer on its official YouTube channel on the 23rd.

This new installment is a sequel to the series that will be presented approximately 7 years and 8 months after the release of 〈Avengers: Endgame〉, and the released trailer concludes with a countdown screen alongside the release date, raising high expectations among fans.

The most notable aspect of this work, directed by Joe Russo and Anthony Russo, is the return of Chris Evans. Evans, who plays 'Captain America' Steve Rogers, appears in the trailer in a younger form, surprising fans. Attention is drawn to how the character, who retired after passing the iconic shield to Sam Wilson in his elderly form in 〈Endgame〉, will make his reappearance.

The trailer features Rogers riding a motorcycle on the road heading towards a farm, and there's a scene where he lifts a baby and looks down at it.
