〈WonderMan〉 depicts the delightful survival audition story of those who applied for the role of the protagonist 'WonderMan' as news of a new superhero film that will shake Hollywood emerges. This work, which promises fresh fun by breaking away from the serious atmosphere of existing Marvel series, is directed by a team of four directors, including Destin Daniel Cretton, who directed 〈Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings〉, enhancing the quality of each episode.

The lead role in this work is played by Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, who made a strong impression in 〈Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom〉. He portrays Simon Williams, an aspiring actor who desperately clings to his fate in the WonderMan casting. Additionally, actor Ben Kingsley, who built a distinctive character in 〈Iron Man 3〉 and 〈Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings〉, returns as Trevor, adding to the fun with fierce audition competition against Simon.
