American comedy show 'SNL (Saturday Night Live)' alumnus comedian Chris Redd (40) opened up about the dark side of the network and his personal life controversies.

On the 8th (local time), the LA Times released an in-depth interview with Chris Redd. In this interview, Redd revealed that he played the role of supplying drugs to his colleagues during his time at SNL, shocking many.

Chris Redd was part of the SNL crew from 2017 to 2022. He confessed in the interview, "At that time, I was deep into drugs and took on the role of a supplier (Plug) selling prescription pills to my colleagues." He described the chaotic situation, saying, "Under the immense pressure of the show, none of us were in our right minds. If colleagues needed something, they came to me, and I willingly handed them the drugs. I even did deliveries." In response, Redd dismissed the affair rumors, stating, "Kenan and Christina were already estranged long before I started dating her." However, he acknowledged, "This incident ended my friendship with Kenan. We are no longer friends." He also mentioned the 'random assault' incident he experienced outside a New York comedy cellar in 2022, clarifying, "At that time, people whispered that I was beaten up for dating Kenan's ex-wife, but that's not true."
