Director Steven Soderbergh's new horror film 〈Presence〉 has unveiled a poster of a strange room that exudes a sinister atmosphere.

The released poster of the strange room hints at the suspense that will unfold in a confined space of a house. The back view of a woman staring into the void with long hair suggests an uneasy atmosphere. Despite being an everyday space, a bizarre stillness lingers, and the copy that reads, “There is something ___ in this house” hints at a horror that will gradually reveal its substance. Additionally, invitations to major international film festivals such as Toronto, Sundance, and Sitges, along with TIME magazine's review of “slow-burning horror,” support the film's quality.

〈Presence〉 is a new horror film by director Steven Soderbergh, where an invisible 'entity' disrupts a family's daily life. Director Soderbergh expanded from a single idea of 'a ghost story told from the ghost's perspective' in collaboration with his long-time partner David Koepp into a modern ghost house film. He wrote a few pages of a script based on the concept that “ghosts cannot leave the house, and we can only see what the ghost sees,” and David Koepp completed it into a feature-length screenplay. The approach of following bizarre experiences in internal spaces without jump scares or direct scary scenes has received great acclaim abroad, ranking 18th in The Hollywood Reporter's 'Best Horror Films of the 21st Century' and 13th in Variety's 'Best Horror Films of 2025.'

The film 〈Presence〉 promises a new horror experience with its original perspective, sophisticated direction, and solid screenplay, and will be released in theaters on February 4.
