Back to Hawkins! 'Stranger Things: Tales from 1985' Poster Released

〈Stranger Things〉 is returning with a spin-off.

The animated spin-off of 〈Stranger Things〉, 〈Stranger Things: Tales from 1985〉, released its first teaser poster through Netflix's official social media on February 1. 〈Stranger Things: Tales from 1985〉 is set in the winter of 1985 and covers the story between 〈Stranger Things〉 seasons 2 and 3.

In 〈Stranger Things: Tales from 1985〉, the creators of 〈Stranger Things〉, Matt Duffer and Ross Duffer, participated, and in the official production announcement video released on November 7, they said, "We thought about what more we could do with 〈Stranger Things〉. This was our first idea," adding, "We wanted to showcase the feel of 1980s cartoons. Animation has virtually no limits." In the video, showrunner and executive producer Eric Robles expressed excitement for the new project, stating, "We were able to capture the magical atmosphere of Hawkins in a new way."

The first teaser video for 〈Stranger Things: Tales from 1985〉 is set to be released today (2nd, local time).
