Netflix's action thriller 'The Night Agent', which recorded unprecedented viewership, is back with an even larger scale. However, this time Peter Sutherland must run alone.
On the 4th (Korean time), Netflix officially announced that 'The Night Agent' Season 3 will be released simultaneously worldwide on February 19. This season marks a return about a year after the release of Season 2 in January 2025, which received critical acclaim with a Rotten Tomatoes score of 86%.
◆ Beyond the White House to the World
The biggest change in Season 3 is the expansion of the stage. Peter Sutherland (Gabriel Basso), who stayed underground in Washington DC, will now operate across Istanbul, Mexico City, New York, and the Dominican Republic. While tracking a Treasury agent who murdered his superior and fled to Istanbul with classified information, he encounters a massive 'Dark Money Network' and engages in a fierce battle with assassins. Showrunner Shawn Ryan confidently stated, "This season will be an adrenaline-pumping global thrill ride."

◆ The Absence of Rose and New Faces
Rose Larkin (Lucian Buchanan), who shared life and death with Peter in Seasons 1 and 2, will not appear in this season. The production team explained that this decision was made to focus on Peter's personal growth. Instead, veteran actors such as Jennifer Morrison (Once Upon a Time) and Stephen Moyer (True Blood) will join the cast to add weight to the story. Fans are eagerly awaiting how the dangerous secret between President Hagan and Jacob Monroe, which Peter holds, will unfold on February 19.
