Park Si-hoo and Jung Jin-woon’s ‘The Divine Band’ Surpasses 1 Million Viewers

The film ‘The Divine Band’ (directed by Kim Hyung-hyup), starring Park Si-hoo and Jung Jin-woon, has surpassed 1 million viewers just 6 weeks after its release, creating a ‘reversal box office myth’ in theaters. According to the integrated computer network of the Korean Film Council on the 5th, this film, which exceeded 900,000 the previous day, reached the 1 million mark with the highest seat sales rate despite being at a disadvantage in screens among Hollywood blockbusters.

After starting at 5th place in the box office in its first week on December 31, it rose to 2nd place and topped the box office in its 5th week with a record of 930,000.
